After the latest Government update we are delighted to announce that as of Monday 12th April we will be reopening our doors to our Cheshire showrooms. (Subject to government guidance.) Members of our team are currently working hard behind the scenes to get the site ready and to ensure your visit is Covid secure as well as checking in lots of fab new 2021 caravan deliveries and ranges to the store.


The sales department will reopen from Monday 12th April. Until then, we are currently operating online and taking ‘lockdown’ deposits and making arrangements for viewings. If you have a specific model of interest, we offer virtual tours and now provide a new Click & Collect or Home Delivery Service on all stock caravans. In line with government guidance for ‘non-essential shops’ in England we expect to reopen the Accessory Store on Monday 12th April. Once again we will be implementing a one-way system in our accessory shop and spaced 2 metre floor markings to allow for social distancing.

Payments will again, be contactless only, bank transfers for larger items if needed. (Apologies we cannot accept cash or cheque payments at this present time.) Until then, we have a reduced team working behind-the scenes Monday-Tuesday to answer all your online awning and accessory enquiries. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the store and show off some of the fantastic new arrivals, including an awesome new camping tents showroom! If you already have a booking, our Service Coordinator will be in touch to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable date when we reopen. We will be working hard to manage the backlog affected due to the unplanned closure so please bear with us.


Good news! Customers whose caravans require servicing in the coming months Swift and Bailey have agreed to extend service windows on new models.

3 Month extension for Swift Owners.

6 Month extension for Bailey Owners.

However, this does not mean that your annual maintenance service is not required, it is! This just means that they will not penalise anyone for their service being delayed, however, please note your warranty will potentially be affected if you skip the annual service completely.
