A message to our customers

You’ll have seen that the Government has announced a new 4-week national lockdown in England, from this Thursday (5th November) to December 2nd. So from 5pm 4th November, we must temporarily close our doors once more. With the ever-present threat of a second pandemic wave the health and wellbeing of our team and our customers remain our upmost priority and we are therefore keen to adhere to Government advice to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives. We will continue to follow the Governments advice stringently and will reopen on the 2nd December.

On behalf of all at Leisure Sales Cheshire, we would like to thank everyone for all of the support that you have given us since we re-opened in June and for the very positive way everyone has responded to our COVID-19 measures. We do appreciate that you may have concerns regarding your caravan, please see the below to cover as many questions that you may have.

Sales Collections:

If you have had a caravan collection booked in the forthcoming weeks, your sales representative should of been in touch with you to reschedule. If we have been unable to contact you so far we will contact you as soon as we get the go ahead to reopen.

Sales Enquiries:

Although our caravan showroom will be closed our website remains open and we welcome all sales enquiries! We will still be able to reserve a caravan for you or make an appointment for viewing as soon as we are able to reopen. Just go to the caravan listing and click on ‘Your Enquiry’ or if you prefer, you can use our online enquiry form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Service / Aftersales:

If you have a service booked in whilst on shut down: Our service team will have contacted as many booking customers as possible. We will be re-contacting all service customers who had a booking upon our return to prioritise the bookings back into our workshop. If we have not been able to contact you do not worry, we will be working through all missed bookings on our return.

If You Have A Booking After The Four Week Lockdown:

Currently the shutdown states 4 weeks but we are fully aware that this could be extended, should the closure extend we will contact you upon our return to make new arrangements.

Caravan Servicing Online Bookings:

Although our workshop will be closed you can still book your caravan service via our online booking system from the link below. We will then contact you as soon as possible when we return, however we will be working hard to manage the backlog affected due to the unplanned closure so please bear with us.

Awnings & Accessory Store:

For all caravan accessory and awning enquiries please feel free to email the team at shop@leisuresales.co.uk  and we will endeavour to contact you ASAP upon our return. Regrettably our online Accessory Store will be temporarily closed.


Unfortunately our lovely Tea-Junction café will be closed also  –  Otti and the team look forward to welcoming you all again soon when we reopen!
